How long does shipping take?

After you place an order, our team gets to work on it within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, standard delivery typically lands at your door within 6 to 12 business days, depending on where in the country you are. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

What is your return policy?

You have a full 30-day window from delivery to return unworn shoes in their original box. A 15% restocking fee applies to standard change-of-mind returns and is waived for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Email info@outlandars.com to start a return. Read our Refund Policy for more.
