Trying a new pair of shoes is a leap of faith, and we want yours to land softly. If your OUTLANDARS pair isn't the right match, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back. Here's exactly how it works, so you know what to expect before you ever need to ask.

Returns at a Glance

The 30-Day Return Window

You have a full month from your delivery date to decide whether your shoes are staying. For your return to be accepted, please make sure:

  • The shoes are unworn, with no signs of outdoor use, scuffing, or creasing
  • The original shoebox is included and in good condition
  • You have your order number or order confirmation email handy

We ask that you try the shoes on indoors on a clean surface, so the pair stays in returnable condition while you decide. After 30 days we're unable to accept the return, so hang on to your delivery confirmation email just in case.

Return Procedure

The fastest way to start a return is to email us at info@outlandars.com with your order number and a short note about what didn't work. Within one business day our team will reply with a return authorization and the address to send your shoes to. Please don't send anything back without authorization first — unannounced returns may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns (including sizing and color exchanges), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please use a tracked service and keep your receipt — we can't cover parcels lost on the way back. If your return is the result of a mistake on our end (wrong item shipped, defective pair, or damage in transit), we'll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to standard change-of-mind returns. This fee is waived when:

  • The shoes arrived damaged
  • You received a different style, size, or color than what you ordered
  • There is a manufacturing defect

Refund Method

Once your return arrives, our team inspects each pair, usually within 2 to 4 business days of receipt, and emails you to confirm. After inspection, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method, for the full amount you paid. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit, which is on their end. Original and return shipping costs aren't refundable. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, email us and we'll look into it.

Damaged Goods

If your pair shows up damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email info@outlandars.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a photo of the outer packaging and shipping label. Once we confirm, we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.

Cancellation Period

Spotted a mistake at checkout? You have a 12-hour window from when you place your order to change or cancel it, as long as it hasn't already moved into packing. Email us with your order number as soon as you can. Once an order is packed or shipped, it can't be cancelled and will need to go through the normal return process.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a size or color is to return your original pair for a refund and place a new order, so you're not waiting on a stock hold. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, just ask and we'll work with you based on what's available.

Your Legal Rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. If the law provides you something stronger, that's what applies.
