Great shoes should show up at your door without a runaround. Every OUTLANDARS order ships free across the United Statesno minimums, no handling fees, and no surprise charges waiting at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Where We Ship

OUTLANDARS currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. Orders are dispatched from our US fulfillment center, which keeps your shoes moving quickly and your delivery times predictable. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Order Cutoff & Processing Times

Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, or on weekends and US public holidays, begin processing on the next business day. After you place an order, our team gets to work on it within 1 to 3 business days — the time it takes to confirm your order, inspect your pair, and pack it properly.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically lands at your door within 6 to 12 business days from the date of purchase, depending on where in the country you are. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your shoes ship, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your status anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email. If tracking hasn't moved in several days, or your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please reach out and we'll look into it.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can't cover parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us at info@outlandars.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, please check around your property and with neighbors first, then contact your local carrier. Still missing? Reach out to us within 16 days of the marked delivery date and we'll open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
